In 2006, it was estimated that all the gold ever mined totaled 158,000 tonnes. No wonder the gold bears keep jumping all over the moment they see Gold moving. They literally are salivating at the sight of Gold at 1100 an ounce. And yet, the fundamental rule that the novice bears always forget is: Never come near an asset that has just exploded past its all time high. It will go very high and skin the bears.
My view on Gold is in line with some of the mad fanatics of Gold who have been waiting all their life to see the yellow metal go past 1,100 and into 1200 and 1500’s. I think the time for this asset has finally come.
